As the AVP, you will oversee all aspects of reinsurance relations and initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of Reinsurance and Strategic Initiatives. You'll lead proposal processes, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, while also analyzing mortality trends to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage design and implementation of reinsurance initiatives
• Regularly assess mortality impacts on underwriting programs
• Lead reinsurance proposals and effective communication with reinsurers
• Conduct comprehensive negotiations to drive business growth
• Ensure governance and compliance in reinsurance activities

Requirements:
• Actuarial science degree and FSA/FCIA designation
• Minimum 7 years experience in reinsurance or pricing roles
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
