You are highly organized and motivated to learn, and you excel under pressure. You have strong analytical skills, learn quickly, and have a sharp eye for detail. A good portion of the job is sales, so when you are presented with a challenge, you’ve got a “Yes!” attitude and are focused on finding a solution for our clients. You love meeting new people and are comfortable talking to any kind of personality.
You love to ask questions, and you are a team player; therefore, you always come to the table with an open mind. You have excellent communication skills (both in email and on the phone); you are not afraid to speak up, and the ability to stay on trend and influence others comes naturally to you. You love interacting with people, both clients and vendors, and you aren’t afraid to put yourself out there or go that extra mile.
We work closely with our vendor partners and manufacturers to make a wide variety of promotional products, and we count a wide variety of industries on our client list, so being a creative thinker who shows adaptability in different situations is key. One moment you may be talking to a marketing manager at a large tech firm about a global event, and the next you could be planning out a small t-shirt order for some counsellors at a summer camp. And you can do both easily.
You do what you say you are going to do and trust others to do the same. You are self-motivated, show initiative, and are excited about growing your promo career over time. It’s important to you to be part of something special, where you feel like an important member of the team. You are motivated to eventually grow into a sales manager role, and you are driven to take on your own clients with time and experience.
About the role:
You will be working directly with an Account Director who has a mix of corporate and overnight camp clients, so having some camp experience under your belt would be beneficial.
Your job will be to help support sales growth within existing client relationships and new business development projects.
In the beginning of your time on our team, you’ll be creating estimates, presentations and sales orders for our clients as well as coordinating orders and art approvals with our production team and manufacturing partners. A lot of detail-oriented work, learning current systems and finding everything there is to know about making awesome merch.
As you grow, you will be generating product concepts and creative promo ideas for clients, preparing for and following up after meetings and managing day-to-day communications with our clients.
The goal is for you to learn about the ins and outs of our industry, with support from your managers, with the end goal being an integral member of our creative sales team by becoming an Account Manager yourself.
What We Offer:
We’re not just offering a job—we’re offering the ability to work directly with a team of people who work seamlessly together and a platform for your own career success. Our operational, design, and procurement support teams are exceptional, helping you focus on what you do best: building client relationships and driving meaningful brand impact.
We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, along with flexible hybrid work options. We do have in-office days (typically Tuesdays/Wednesdays), so living in the Toronto area is a must.
You will join a collaborative, supportive team that loves what we do—and loves doing it together.
