As a Patient Navigator, your responsibilities include coordinating healthcare appointments, managing patient schedules, and fostering compassionate connections with patients. You will educate patients and their families about treatment options while promoting culturally safe practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize patient appointments to optimize healthcare access
• Facilitate communication among patients, families, and providers




• Arrange transportation for healthcare services
• Provide coverage for office assistants as necessary
• Support patients with complex medical forms
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a healthcare setting
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Understanding of BC healthcare system
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
