This full-time role requires on-site work where you'll offer personalized therapy and care management to individuals with challenging mental health or addiction issues. The position encompasses thorough treatment planning and case coordination while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as CBT and Trauma-Informed care. You'll be pivotal in enhancing client experiences and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and conduct comprehensive assessments
• Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy sessions




• Manage service planning and evaluation for clients
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to tailor treatments
• Lead discharge planning to necessary resources
Requirements:
• Relevant Social Science degree required
• Positive standing with Ontario's regulatory college
• Proven experience in evidence-based mental health treatment
• Capable of leading a multidisciplinary team
• Valid Ontario driver's license necessary
