You will be responsible for managing pivotal projects that enhance health services and improve stakeholder participation. Collaborating within the Department of Health and Wellness, you will influence effective healthcare delivery for Nova Scotians.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead identified functions in research and policy • Develop options and background materials for policies • Manage legislative processes and submit to Executive Council • Prepare comprehensive reports and briefing documents • Engage in stakeholder consultations and public meetings
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline • 6+ years of relevant policy analysis experience • Proven experience in policy evaluation and implementation • Solid leadership and relationship management skills • Excellent communication and analytical capabilities
