Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join our client''s distribution team.
This position is ideal for individuals with experience in warehouse operations, order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and forklift operation who enjoy working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, operating warehouse equipment, supporting inventory activities, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), health and safety regulations, and company procedures.

Here''s why you should apply: Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately using SAP, RF scanners, and transportation management systems (TMS) Prepare and package products according to established procedures, including cold chain requirements Ensure accurate tracking, labeling, and documentation of shipments Load and unload trailers while following company procedures and safety standards Inspect incoming and outgoing trucks and shipments Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), including forklifts and warehouse equipment, based on training and certification Receive, store, move, and replenish inventory within the warehouse Follow warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts when required Handle materials safely according to Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and established procedures Complete all required training and compliance activities within designated timelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Consistently meet productivity, accuracy, and performance targets Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems SAP experience considered a strong asset Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment considered an asset Robust attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow written procedures and work within a regulated workplace Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including temperature-controlled areas Ability to safely load, unload, and move products throughout the facility Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
