HVC produces both copper and molybdenum concentrate through autogenous and semi-autogenous grinding and flotation.

Located approximately 17 kilometers west of Logan Lake and about 50 kilometers southwest of Kamloops in British Columbia, the surrounding areas of HVC have an abundant offering of outdoor experiences.

Role Overview Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Journeyperson Pipefitter is responsible for trouble shooting, maintenance and current project installations in an industrial setting mine site wide.

Key Responsibilities Installation, maintenance and repair of water and waste disposal systems Diagnosis of system problems Disassemble and reassemble system components as required Qualifications Valid Interprovincial Red Seal Pipefitter/Steamfitter High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED), or equivalent Valid drivers license Ability to read blue prints Experience with HDPE fusing, fire protection equipment, process piping, valve installations, and maintenance is an asset Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Experience in a mining environment is an asset Hourly Wage: $56.61 Working Conditions: Location: Highland Valley Copper is a 50-minute drive from Kamloops, which has all of the comforts of city living and is also close to Merritt, Ashcroft, and Logan Lake,



which all exude a small town community atmosphere.

Access: This is a drive-in/drive-out role.
