Adecco is currently hiring a Program Purchasing Coordinator for an exciting opportunity within the aerospace industry.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in supply chain, purchasing, project coordination, program management, change management, and supplier communications.

As a Program Purchasing Coordinator, you will support engineering changes, supplier communications, cost tracking, and program execution while acting as a key link between Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production teams.

As this role is subject to the Canadian Government''s Controlled Goods Program (CGP) the qualifying applicants must possess Canadian Citizenship or permanent residency status. A work permit status is not eligible for this role.

Participate in Change Board meetings and communicate supplier updates, risks, and impacts.

Coordinate supplier communications and ensure engineering changes are properly implemented.

Track recurring (RC) and non-recurring costs (NRC) and support program cost reporting.

Monitor supplier deliveries, resolve schedule discrepancies, and support shortage mitigation efforts.

Maintain purchasing, customer requirements, and program tracking databases.





Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Quality, Industrialization, and Program teams to ensure timely communication of critical information.

Lead project meetings, maintain action logs, and support ongoing reporting activities.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor''s Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent education in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Aerospace, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, Project Coordination, or Program Management.

Experience working with suppliers, engineering changes, and project tracking activities.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and PLM Aerospace manufacturing experience.

Experience with change management, supplier performance, and program cost tracking.

Ability to obtain and maintain Controlled Goods Program (CGP) clearance.
