Chartwell is looking for a Sales Consultant / Retirement Living Consultant to guide prospective residents and their families through a supportive and informative decision-making journey. In this key role, you’ll drive occupancy, build strong community relationships, and contribute to a warm and welcoming environment for residents.

Location: Chartwell Fountains of Mission Retirement Residence

What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end sales process from inquiry to move-in, ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates

Maintain accurate prospect records in Yardi CRM and use insights to guide sales priorities

Build and nurture referral networks and community partnerships to generate leads

Represent Chartwell at events to increase visibility and drive local engagement

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and welcoming resident experience

Partner with Marketing on promotional events and materials

Contribute to leadership meetings, strategic planning, and participate in Manager on Duty rotation

What You’ll Bring

Proven sales ability with a consultative approach





Experience in a senior living or service-focused environment is an asset

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet timelines

Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional in all interactions

Computer literate, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Knowledge of the local community and surrounding area is a plus

Valid Driver’s License, or reliable means of transportation
