This role within the Western Canadian Power Delivery team requires managing the scope, schedule, and technical oversight of HV/EHV AC and DC substation projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on project management with technical insights
• Oversee vendor drawings and inter-disciplinary reviews
• Lead design and planning for engineering activities
• Develop essential technical documentation and project plans
• Conduct site visits to verify and define project scopes
Requirements:
• 8 years of experience in electrical engineer roles
• Extensive knowledge of high voltage substations
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MicroStation
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Registered Professional Engineer in Canada
