Work model: Remote, working within MST hours
Must-Haves:
8+ years of business project management experience , within large, complex enterprise environments
Recent experience leading and delivering HR-related project initiatives, ideally involving HR transformation, process improvement, HR technology, or HR-focused enterprise systems
Robust understanding of ERP environments such as SAP and PeopleSoft
Experience working with technology-enabled financial solutions , with a practical understanding of accounting principles gained through education and/or hands-on experience
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects concurrently with competing priorities and complex stakeholder groups
Experience working in environments with significant cross-functional dependencies and organizational change
