Key Responsibilities:
• Match invoices with purchase orders for verification
• Calculate and maintain financial hold-backs and discounts
• Prepare batches for cheque and electronic funds transfer
• Manage vendor records and respond to inquiries
• Prepare detailed financial reports as required
Requirements:
• Completion of high school and CGA or equivalent training (1 year)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience
• Familiarity with city-specific financial software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
