NL Health Services is seeking an Epic Client Systems Analyst II for a hybrid role with a blend of on-site and work from home. You will play a crucial role in deploying and managing the Epic application system across healthcare environments.

In this permanent full-time position, you will install and oversee Epic deployment platforms, ensuring high availability and performance. Responsibilities also include managing print queues, monitoring for security breaches, and responding to urgent production issues. Your expertise will help support clinicians and staff with reliable access to essential tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and manage Epic application deployment platforms
• Manage print queues and Epic printing infrastructure
• Monitor network activity for security breaches




• Apply platform upgrades to web server components
• Maintain technical documentation and support end users

Requirements:
• Graduation with a Computer Science degree or related diploma
• Minimum of five years in enterprise IT Infrastructure
• Strong expertise in Windows server administration
• Willingness to acquire Epic certification
• Experience with networking protocols and Microsoft IIS
