Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting wines and spirits based on their preferences and needs.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Support team members in daily operations to promote a positive shopping experience.
- Manage cash register operations including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Stay informed about new products and industry trends to better serve customers.
- Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to serve customers efficiently and courteously.
- Experience with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to various customer needs and store demands.
- W.S.E.T. Level 2 Minimum
