Responsibilities include:



Lead employees during assigned shifts Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly Manage customer service and drive-thru performance Assign tasks and supervise team productivity Maintain cleanliness, food safety and Burger King standards Handle operational issues during the shift Support training and development of employees Communicate clearly with restaurant management Candidate profile: Reliable, punctual and accountable Leadership mentality and strong work ethic Able to stay organized under pressure Good communication and problem-solving skills Restaurant supervisory experience preferred Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends We are looking for someone who wants responsibility, stability and advancement opportunities .
