A well-established company in the field of institutional construction and building mechanics is looking for a senior estimator in ventilation to join a strong and strategic team.

You will work directly under general management, alongside senior estimators in architecture and piping.

Main Responsibilities Analyze ventilation plans and specifications (public and private tenders) Quantify equipment, ducts, accessories, and labor Understand the mechanical and logistical constraints specific to institutional projects Evaluate overall costs and ensure the accuracy of estimates Participate in bid closing meetings Collaborate with internal departments (architecture and piping) Optimize the accuracy of estimates using existing digital tools Desired Profile DEC in building mechanics, mechanical engineering, or related field Significant experience in ventilation estimation (ideally 8 to 10 years and +)



Experience with a contractor specialized in ventilation Good understanding of institutional and public projects Developed site vision and sense of profitability Professional stability Advanced mastery of Excel Technological Environment The ventilation department is already well-structured digitally.
