Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Machine Operator for an prospect in a manufacturing environment in Ottawa, ON.

This role is ideal for individuals with previous assembly or production experience who are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

As an Associate Machine Operator, you will support production operations by assembling components, operating equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products meet established manufacturing standards.

Pay Rate: $24.17/hour Location: Ottawa, ON Shift: Night | 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM Job type: Temporary | Full-time Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy .

Produce components for cartridge assembly according to production specifications.

Inspect products to ensure quality standards and documented procedures are met.

Identify and report quality issues, material concerns, and production trends.

Complete material changes and production adjustments as required.

Accurately record production and quality data in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Follow established manufacturing procedures and respond appropriately to process deviations.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.





Follow all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.

Support continuous improvement, productivity, and quality initiatives.

Perform other production and manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Canadian education or WES equivalency verification required).

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and precisely.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong English communication skills, including the ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and documentation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
