We are looking for someone to support the leasing team by conducting apartment viewings and responding to incoming inquiries , primarily evenings and weekends .

Supervision Position reports directly to the Leasing Coordinator Schedule Saturday and Sunday daytime 2 evenings per week , as needed Approximately 15 hours per week Responsibilities Conduct apartment viewings Respond to inquiries Location (email, Messenger, broadcasting platforms, etc.) Transmit basic information to applicants (price, availability, criteria) Conduct required follow-ups after viewings Note relevant information and comments for the leasing team Analyze advertisements and the competition Other related tasks Desired Profile Comfortable with public speaking and written communication Autonomous, punctual, and reliable Comfortable with digital tools French and English required Driver''s license and car Skills in administration/marketing and an interest in Real Estate Conditions Part time position Salary based on experience Opportunities for advancement based on performance
