[Remote] Service Coordinator
Location: Remote – must live in MT or PT time zone
Salary: $70,000-$73,000
Benefits: Health Insurance, 401k, PTO, Sick time

Service Coordinator – Facilities Maintenance Dispatcher Description Our client, a commercial services provider, is looking for a Remote Service Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you’ll oversee work orders from initial intake through final closeout while serving as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams. You’ll triage service requests, coordinate repairs, keep multiple systems updated, and ensure every job is completed accurately and on time. They’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, stays organized under pressure, and can juggle competing priorities without letting the details slip. While experience with overhead doors and loading dock equipment is ideal, they’re also open to candidates from similar commercial facilities maintenance environments. They offer a lot of flexibility in terms of working from home, but not in terms of the pace. This is a high-volume, highly visible role where you’ll be interacting with customers, technicians, vendors,



and internal teams throughout the day. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy and thrives in an accountable, team-oriented environment.
Service Coordinator – Dispatcher Responsibilities Manage work orders from intake through closeout
Receive, triage, and prioritize incoming service requests
Dispatch technicians and coordinate service providers
Troubleshoot service issues and resolve remotely when possible
Monitor ETA, NTE, and job progress Schedule preventative maintenance and timed work requests
Update internal systems and client portals
Collect job documentation, photos, and customer sign-offs
Prepare quotes and proposals as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
Service Coordinator – Dispatcher Qualifications 4+ years of experience coordinating facilities maintenance technicians required
Background supporting commercial building hardware such as overhead doors, loading dock equipment, plumbing, compactors/balers, or similar required
Experience managing the full work order lifecycle, from intake through closeout, required
Experience coordinating work orders, including ETA and NTE management, required
Experience working across multiple systems utilizing dual monitors (or more) required
