We’re looking for coaches who are:

Passionate about fitness, training, and helping others

Confident leading groups and creating energy

Curious and committed to continuing their education





Reliable, qualified, and team-oriented

Comfortable working with all ages and fitness levels

Aligned with OA’s values of inclusivity and performance excellence

Ready to bring energy, intention, and personality to every session

Qualifications:
Certified fitness professional (CanFitPro, NASM, ACE, or equivalent)

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Personal liability insurance

Min. 1-2 years of group training experience

Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occassional holidays
