Your responsibilities will include providing emotional support, assisting with daily routines, and creating engaging activities to make every day memorable. You'll maintain updated care plans and use electronic systems for accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support children in their daily routines and meal times
• Build solid, trusting relationships that encourage communication
• Assist senior staff with timely feedback on care plans




• Ensure the home stays welcoming with light housekeeping tasks
• Participate in planning fun activities, including trips and creative projects

Requirements:
• A full UK manual driving licence is required
• Previous experience in a care setting is preferred
• Commitment to working through Level 4 qualification
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
