This role focuses on the primary care of Emergency and Trauma patients, promoting the Philosophy of Person-Focused Care. You will leverage your Emergency experience to assess, intervene, and educate patients and their families effectively. A current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses is essential, alongside a commitment to continuous education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and intervene in patient care during emergencies
• Educate patients and their families about treatment
• Advocate for the needs and preferences of patients




• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team
• Support organizational initiatives and quality improvement projects

Requirements:
• Current Ontario College of Nurses registration
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred
• Minimum of two years recent Emergency experience
• A.C.L.S. Certification required
• Robust critical thinking and communication skills
