Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will ensure adherence to safety regulations and internal policies while promoting a proactive safety culture. You will lead workplace inspections, manage audits, and coordinate training sessions to enable compliance and teamwork in safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings
• Conduct regular workplace safety assessments
• Support ESG initiative development and implementation
• Monitor hazard controls for effectiveness
• Assist with vendor compliance audits and reviews

Requirements:
• Diploma in related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years’ professional experience in safety roles
• Proven knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office
