Join Vecima Networks as a Trade Compliance Analyst and support both domestic and international supply chains. This pivotal role focuses on compliance, documentation, and customer satisfaction in import/export operations.
In this position within the Supply Chain team, you'll ensure all trade activities meet regulatory standards while managing coordination for timely shipments. You’ll also classify products under HTS, prepare customs documentation, and assist with order processing and stakeholder queries. Successful candidates will efficiently maintain compliance records and support cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor compliance with import/export regulations
• Classify products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule
• Submit accurate customs documentation and amendments
• Resolve shipment issues with customs brokers and agencies
• Audit trade compliance records and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 2–4 years in customs compliance or international trade
• Familiarity with trade agreements like USMCA
• Experience with shipping platforms and ERP systems
• Certified Customs Specialist designation preferred
