The ideal candidate has a robust background in NDT, at least 8 years of operational experience, and 3 years in a leading role. Your mission will encompass operational performance, cost management, and fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance and quality in NDT execution
• Lead emergency response and incident investigation efforts
• Communicate effectively with clients on project progress




• Recruit, train, and mentor operational staff
• Manage finances, including budgets and proposals

Requirements:
• Relevant technical or business degree
• At least 8 years in a supervisory capacity
• Robust understanding of NDT standards and processes
• Experience with financial and resource planning
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
