In this full-time role, you'll leverage your extensive experience to enhance manufacturing approaches for intricate automotive products. You'll focus on qualified assembly solutions, from manual to fully automated processes, while ensuring product quality and efficiency. This position also emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Design for Assembly reviews for current products
• Define manufacturing strategies and automation for product assembly
• Develop cycle-time and line-balance models for efficiency
• Lead proof-of-concept trials to validate assembly processes
• Manage supplier integration and technical reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related engineering field
• Minimum 7 years of applicable manufacturing experience
• Expertise in robotic assembly systems and automation technology
• Proficient in DFM/DFA principles and IATF 16949
• Excellent project management and communication abilities
