Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate HR and Health & Safety policies effectively
• Track workplace incidents and support investigations
• Ensure employee information is accurate in HRIS
• Manage recruitment processes and onboarding procedures
• Prepare HR reports and necessary documentation

Requirements:
• Experienced in Human Resources and Health & Safety
• Familiarity with a Unionized setting
• Knowledgeable about health and safety legislation
• Experienced with HRIS systems and employee records
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
