The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including seeding, harvesting, and packaging. You will ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards, manage risks effectively, and foster a motivated team. Your leadership will facilitate a cooperative environment focused on achieving key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and supervise daily packaging and warehousing operations
• Execute and optimize daily production schedules
• Assess and minimize disruptions in real-time performance
• Collaborate on managing product loss risks
• Regularly evaluate and support team member development

Requirements:
• DEC in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• At least three years of supervisory experience
• Understanding of food safety standards
• Strong MS Office skills
• Bilingual in French and English
