We are seeking a part time Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our client''s team at their crossdock facility in Mississauga, ON.

Shift: 5:00pm-9:00pm Thursdays and Fridays Pay: $21.00/hour Responsibilities: - Offloading trailers, putting pallets away in designated lanes within the cross dock, and reporting overage/shortage/damage freight - Loading trailers (CP/CN 40'' and 53'' containers) ensuring proper weight distribution and loads are secured with load bars/straps - Daily door check and dock check - Coordinating shunting of trailers to and from doors and drop yard - Recording pallet dimensions on BOL and recording total footage, ensuring accurate details - Printing labels from Truck

Mate and applying labels to pallets - Sweeping empty trucks/trailers and dock - Pre and post trip inspections on equipment - Reporting any maintenance/repairs needed to Team Lead - Other duties as required Qualifications:



- Valid forklift license - Minimum 2 years of experience operating the Counterbalance forklift in a warehouse/cross dock environment to load/unload freight - Experience with Truck

Mate (TMW) - Experience with Microsoft Office - Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - High attention to detail - Safety-conscious - Safety boots and safety vest - Able to work every Thursday and Friday Apply today!
