About the Role: The Brick Associate, Merchandising plays a critical role in ensuring that our retail locations in Canada present products in an appealing and organized manner that drives sales and enhances the customer experience.





This position is responsible for executing merchandising strategies, maintaining inventory displays, and collaborating with store management to optimize product placement and promotional activities.

The role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles to create engaging and effective product presentations.

The Brick Associate will also monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to support business decisions.

Ultimately, this position contributes directly to the stores success by maximizing product visibility and accessibility, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in retail merchandising or a related field.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Post-secondary education in marketing, retail management, or a related discipline.

Experience working in a quick-paced retail environment, preferably in home furnishings or related sectors.

Familiarity with merchandising software or inventory management systems.





Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities: Implement and maintain merchandising plans according to company standards and seasonal campaigns.

Arrange and replenish product displays to ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.

Collaborate with store management and the merchandising team to execute promotional setups and signage.

Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor and assist with stockroom organization and replenishment.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product information and locating items.

Report on merchandising effectiveness and customer feedback to help refine merchandising strategies.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies in all merchandising activities.

Skills: The Brick Associate, Merchandising utilizes strong organizational skills daily to maintain attractive and orderly product displays that align with merchandising plans.

Effective communication skills are essential for coordinating with store management and team members to implement promotional activities and respond to customer inquiries.

Attention to detail is critical when monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that all products are presented according to company standards.

Problem-solving skills help the associate address merchandising challenges and adapt displays based on customer feedback and sales trends.
