If you’re comfortable operating equipment, work well in challenging winter conditions, and take pride in doing the job safely and properly, we want to hear from you.The RoleAs a Snow Removal Equipment Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping our commercial properties protected and accessible throughout the winter season. This role may start in September 2026.Responsibilities:Operate equipment such asloaders, backhoes, mini-excavators, skid steers, and other equipmentas required.Operate snow removal equipment, includingloaders and plows .Perform daily pre-operation equipment inspections.Report equipment issues, hazards, or maintenance concerns.Follow all company health and safety procedures and OHSA requirements.Maintain clean and organized work areas.Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.Respond to changing weather conditions and snow removal priorities.Provide professional service while working on commercial properties.Complete assigned work safely, efficiently,
