This winter seasonal position at Ledcor Highways spans from October 1st to April 30th, with opportunities for year-round roles. We're looking for team-oriented individuals with a Class 1, 2, or 3 driver's license who are ready to work outdoors. Essential duties include snow removal and upkeep of Alberta's highways under varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and other necessary equipment
• Assist in maintaining provincial highways alongside labourer tasks
• Perform duties in challenging weather situations

Requirements:
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver's license with air endorsement
• Maintain a clear 3-year driving record
• Previous snowplow operation experience preferred
