Sources is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to join the Community Living Management team. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position emphasizes managing staff and developing programs that foster resident independence and well-being. You will ensure compliance with relevant policies, oversee personnel management, and advocate for the highest standard of resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff effectively
• Develop and assess community service programs




• Advocate for high standards in resident care
• Manage expenses and prepare financial reports

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in developmental disabilities
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience
• Experience with Autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Current First Aid/CPR certification and Class 5 B.C. Driver’s License
