As a critical member of the maintenance team, you will perform various tasks, including carpentry, painting, and other upkeep duties. Key Responsibilities:
• Change light bulbs and manage minor electrical repairs
• Install and repair drywall and interior walls as needed
• Conduct routine facility inspections for maintenance issues
• Handle repairs for doors, windows, and other fixtures
• Undertake ad-hoc maintenance tasks efficiently

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English
