Are you currently working in a Service Advisor, Parts, Automotive Technician, Tire Shop, Dealership, Garage, or Automotive Customer Service role and looking for a new opportunity?

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated person to join our busy Auto Service team.

Automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

You may be a excellent fit if you have experience with:

Automotive service advising

Parts counter or parts ordering

Dealership or independent garage

Tire shop / automotive retail

Customer service

Vehicle maintenance and repair

Automotive parts lookup systems

Booking appointments and managing repair orders

You don't need to know everything on Day 1. If you have a strong work ethic, good customer-service skills and an interest in vehicles, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Automotive Parts & Service Associate, you'll work directly with customers and our technicians to keep the Service Centre running smoothly.

Your day may include:

Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle/service needs

Answering customer questions in person and by phone

Booking service appointments

Preparing repair orders and estimates

Communicating repair recommendations and pricing to customers

Coordinating between customers and technicians





Ordering and sourcing automotive parts

Using computerized automotive parts and work-order systems

Following up with customers regarding their vehicles

Handling customer concerns professionally

Helping maintain an organized automotive retail/service area

Supporting the team during busy periods

THE RIGHT PERSON
We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly and comfortable speaking with customers

Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Comfortable working in a busy environment

Organized and able to multitask

Interested in automobiles and automotive service

Comfortable using computers

A strong team player

Professional and respectful

Able to stay calm when dealing with challenging customers or busy periods

Automotive knowledge is a strong asset, but we're more interested in finding the RIGHT PERSON than someone who checks every box.
