This position is focused on providing essential support to clients with complex needs including homelessness and mental health issues. You will engage residents through trauma-informed care practices and work collaboratively to help them achieve their housing and personal goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Create safe, stable living environments for clients
• Build trusting relationships and support housing goals
• Respond to emergencies and critical incidents appropriately
• Facilitate life skills development and conflict resolution
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for client support
Requirements:
• Experience with homelessness and mental health challenges
