In this vital role, report to the Director of Care and focus on assessment, planning, and the implementation of effective treatment plans for residents. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team while maintaining documentation and evaluating therapeutic outcomes. Your commitment to ethical care and best practices will promote residents’ health and wellness within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee quality occupational therapy for residents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Enhance resident engagement in therapeutic programs




• Document care processes and resident progress
• Identify safety hazards and participate in resolution

Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Therapy and regulatory licensure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of two years' experience in geriatrics preferred
• Ability to function effectively in a team environment
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check required
