In this Auxiliary role, you will prepare and orchestrate swim lessons for diverse age groups, including children and adults, fostering a love for swimming. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct swimming lessons for children and adults
• Ensure learner safety and lesson quality during classes
• Assess participant performance during sessions
• Employ creative teaching techniques to engage students
• Manage lesson-related paperwork effectively
Requirements:
• B.C. Swim Instructor Certification required
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR C certifications
• Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening necessary
• Must be flexible for weekday morning/afternoon shifts
• Commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere
