Join Bass Pro Shops as a Facilities Maintenance Outfitter. This temporary role focuses on daily upkeep and repairs for buildings, equipment, and grounds while coordinating with service providers.

Reporting to the Co-Manager/Assistant General Manager, your responsibilities will encompass hands-on maintenance, training service providers, and overseeing repair tasks. You will assist in maintaining a safe and visually appealing retail setting. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will enhance overall operations and customer experiences daily.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on all facilities
• Train service providers on proper company procedures
• Schedule and supervise maintenance personnel activities




• Monitor service contracts like HVAC and snow removal
• Assist in maintaining the sales floor and visual standards

Requirements:
• Vocational/Technical School Certificate preferred
• Supervisor experience and training capabilities are assets
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required
• General knowledge of retail practices preferred
• Ability to work Monday to Friday mornings, averaging 28 hours
