Join the OSEG Foundation as an Inclusion Coach dedicated to supporting youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This part time, on-site position develops and implements customized behavioral strategies within the Autism Moves program.
As the Inclusion Coach, you will work closely with the Inclusion Coordinator to create a safe and inclusive environment for participants. Your role encompasses mentoring staff, adapting programs, and engaging families to provide updates and support. You will also track participant progress and ensure behavioral strategies are effectively applied.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver strategies to manage challenging behaviors
• Create and adapt weekly curricular lessons
• Support staff in consistent behavior strategy application
• Monitor and recommend enhancements for participant experience
• Provide ongoing communication with families on-site
Requirements:
• Experience or certification in behavior analysis and special education
• Comprehensive knowledge of autism strategies
• Experience in sports, recreation, or therapeutic settings
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
