Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide assistance with employee relations inquiries and concerns.
