Jobgether in Finland is seeking a Tier I Technical Support Specialist for a fully remote role focused on smart cooler vending technology. You will serve as the first contact for operators with questions about connected machines, apps, payment readers, and basic connectivity.
You will gather information, perform approved first-line troubleshooting, assist onboarding, document issues, and hand off to Tier II when deeper diagnosis is needed.
