• Deliver Tier II support for applications and systems

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in IT or experience
• Experience in Tier II support roles and escalation
• Linux operating knowledge, including Bash scripting
• Familiarity with Oracle and SQL databases
• ITIL certification is a plus
