Enhance community services as a Program Coordinator II with Pacific Coast Community Resources. Be a key player in program management and staff development for individuals with disabilities.

In this vital role, you collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure high-quality support services. Your responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized program goals that honor client's dignity and well-being. Leverage your leadership skills to supervise staff and enhance program operations, all while fostering solid community ties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop program policies and assist in budget management
• Implement and track progress on support plans
• Train and guide staff to optimize program delivery




• Coordinate special events and activities efficiently
• Maintain emergency management protocols and safety documentation

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in related field
• At least 3 years in relevant settings; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and communication
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Food Safe certifications required
• TB test and valid BC Class 4 Driver's Licence necessary
