Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret coverage and resolve complex claims
• Attend loss scenes for damage evaluation
• Negotiate settlements with external stakeholders
• Provide technical support and guidance to your team
• Uphold high standards in client service delivery

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of property claims field experience
• Relevant educational background
• CIP designation or working towards it
• Required provincial adjuster license
• Demonstrated ability to foster trusting relationships
