Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and evaluations, hearing aid fittings and repairs, and cerumen management.
Provide expert advice on hearing instruments and assistive devices tailored to individual needs.
Educate patients and their families about hearing loss and the use of hearing aids.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in audiology and hearing technology.
Patient-focused mentality
Demonstrate qualified and friendly demeanor towards clients and coworkers
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need a diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument program or a Master’s degree in Audiology. You must be registered and in positive standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body as well as ADP. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with patients and counsel according to their specific needs.
Other essential skills and qualifications include analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong follow-through skills, and a caring and compassionate customer approach. You should also be adaptable and organized,



with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
1-3 years of experience would be preferred but will consider new graduates.

Pay $60,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Experience hearing aid dispensing: 1 year (preferred)
