In the role of Manager, Regulatory Compliance, you will report to the Director and oversee compliance with essential laws such as the Bank Act and PIPEDA. Your expertise will be vital in monitoring recent regulations, evaluating operational effectiveness, and conducting enterprise-wide compliance training. You will also assist in reporting to the Board and managing complaints under the Financial Consumer Protection Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage Ethidex updates across business units
• Assess new regulations and conduct risk evaluations




• Develop policies for regulatory compliance and privacy programs
• Assist in independent compliance monitoring and testing
• Review high-risk contracts and maintain documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Law
• 5-10 years’ experience in financial compliance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in corporate policy writing
• Knowledge of Canadian laws and regulations
