VGS is seeking an experienced Technical Support leader for its remote-first team, focused on resolving complex incidents, communications, and cross‑team coordination. You will own customer-facing updates, drive maintenance windows, and coordinate with engineering and GTM teams to minimize impact while maintaining SLAs.
The role emphasizes hands‑on debugging, runbook creation, and customer training. A CS degree is preferred; robust English and PT-hour availability are required.
