We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to join our clients agile team.

The successful candidate will operate various equipment, including forklifts and clamp trucks, to facilitate order picking, inventory management, and shipment preparation.

Location: Langley, BC Pay: $25/hour Responsibilities Receive merchandise, being conscious of damaged product upon arrival.

Check and sign delivery document, clearly identifying a damaged or missing shipment.

Unpack shipments, verify quality and quantities as per invoice or packing slip.

Put away and organize inventory to assigned primary and secondary locations.

Assign appropriate locations to new product or when it is necessary to move a product.

Accurately pick and file all orders assigned.

Label groups of product specific to the shipping destination and keep picked products organized while they are waiting to be shipped.

Ensure picked invoices are checked, signed off and filed in the correct store bin.

Pick orders within carrier specific deadlines.

Ensure all orders assigned are completely and accurately shipped.

Ensure product is packed appropriately in a box or on a pallet.

Wrap and strap skids securely to prepare for shipping.

Take photo of each skid before it is loaded.





Accurately complete a waybill / bill of lading for each shipment.

Assist with loading trailers when necessary.

Acquire knowledge of Company products and warehousing policies and procedures.

Provide superior customer service at all times.

Establish and maintain effective professional working relations, communication and coordination with customers (internal and external), vendors and Company personnel.

Perform general daily housekeeping tasks within the warehouse.

Attend and participate in department meetings as required.

Assist and support office and department personnel as needed by effectively performing miscellaneous warehouse and customer service functions as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements 12 years of experience in a shipping/receiving, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred.

Valid Forklift Operator Certification Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand or walk for extended periods.

Basic computer proficiency; experience with inventory software (ERP/WMS) or shipping platforms (e.g., Fed

Ex, UPS, Ship

Station) is a strong asset.

High attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
