Adecco is currently hiring a Production Technician for a full-time opportunity in a manufacturing environment in Ottawa, ON.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, inverter testing, control panels, power distribution systems, and manufacturing operations.

You will be responsible for assembling electrical components, wiring control and power panels, operating manufacturing equipment, performing product testing, and supporting production activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Wire, test, and troubleshoot control panels, power panels, and inverter systems.

Operate manufacturing equipment and assembly tools, including pneumatic and hand tools.

Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.

Perform in-process inspections and quality checks throughout production.

Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and production documentation.

Identify, report, and assist in resolving quality or production issues.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and production objectives.

Follow all safety procedures,



manufacturing standards, and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in panel wiring, electrical assembly, inverter testing, or electrical manufacturing.

Nationally recognized certification in panel wiring, electronics, electrical technology, or a related field. IPC 620 certification is required or considered a strong asset.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring schematics.

Experience with control panel wiring and power panel assembly.

Knowledge of cable selection, cable routing, termination, crimping, and soldering techniques.

Ability to identify, label, terminate, and separate control and power wiring correctly.

Experience performing electrical testing and inspection activities.

Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and manufacturing software systems.

Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
